How long does shipping take?
After an order is placed, an automatic confirmation email is sent. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days. These estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

What is your return period?
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
