This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including timelines and procedures for order shipment.
2. Shipping Availability and Fees
Shipping is available within the United Kingdom only. Shipping is provided free of charge, with no additional fees applied at checkout.
3. Processing Time
After an order is placed, an automatic confirmation email is sent. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT are processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times.
4. Delivery Estimates
Once processed, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days. These estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Each order provides tracking access.
- A confirmation email is sent upon dispatch.
- The email includes tracking details and instructions for monitoring the shipment.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing begins by contacting contact@dorvaine.com. Orders already in processing cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy for returns.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, contact contact@dorvaine.com and provide:
- Order reference number,
- Brief description of the issue,
- Images showing the item’s condition or discrepancy.
Confirmed cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be affected by factors such as high order volumes, holidays, weather, or courier disruptions. Delivery could take up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If the order has not arrived after this period, please contact contact@dorvaine.com for assistance.
